Eric’s Travel Ball & High School coaching accolades is like no other, including bringing four teams to Cooperstown with incredibly all four making the Championship Game (3 Championships, 1 Runner Up). He has also coached Championship Teams in Omaha Triple Crown World Series, USSSA Florida Super NIT, Team USA North Carolina Select 30 Championships & even in Little League to the California State Championships. In 2020, Coach Beckerman was hired to take over a struggling Crossroads High School Program and in his first year, led the school to an 8-0 start, the best start in the school’s recorded history. The 2020 Season ended up being cut short due to Covid, however, Coach Beckerman was able to continue the turnaround in 2021, as Crossroads made CIF Playoffs for the first time in 12 years and followed that up in 2022, making Playoffs in back-to-back years, the first time in the school’s history of the Gold Coast League. Coach Beckerman specialty is with Hitting, High Energy Practices and teaching Baseball IQ. Nobody develops players better than Coach Beckerman with many of his Travel Ball players now achieving tremendous success throughout many of Southern California’s top High School baseball programs. COACH ERIC BECKERMAN

Co-Owner Top Level/Crossroads Pitching Coach

Zach serves as the High School director for Top Level High School travel teams, playing a key role in organizing and participating in tournaments, college prospect events, and recruiting activities.

Zach is a highly sought-after private pitching instructor in the greater Los Angeles area, renowned for his extensive experience and expertise. Having trained alongside MLB pitching coaches and holding certifications in biomechanics, Strength and Conditioning, and Rapsodo pitch design, Zach is well-versed in cutting-edge pitching techniques. He currently works with MLB, MiLB, high school, and elite travel ball pitchers, helping them to achieve their goals of getting drafted or playing at the collegiate level.

As the head of Top Level Pitching Programs, Coach Zach oversees a range of specialized areas including the Velo Lab, Velo Workouts, Arm Care & Recovery, Bullpens, and Pitching Video & Data Analysis.

COACH ZACH SMITH

Steven is a former collegiate athlete, bringing a unique blend of athletic discipline and personal growth strategies to his coaching practice. Having played Division 1 baseball at the University of San Francisco and Division 2 baseball at Hawaii Pacific University, Steven understands the commitment and resilience required to excel at high levels. He currently coaches the 14U Elite team and specializes in working with Top Levels catchers, where he imparts his extensive knowledge and passion for the sport. Stevens coaching philosophy is rooted in his athletic background, emphasizing goal-setting, mental toughness, and continuous improvement. Coach Steven particularly takes pride in his AOEP (Attack On Every Pitch) philosophy, instilling a mindset of relentless focus and effort in his players.

COACH STEVEN CAMBEROS

Michael has been coaching baseball for the past 10 years, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Throughout his coaching and player journey, he’s had the opportunity to work and play with players of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to pro athletes. Michael currently coaches at Top Level Baseball Academy, Crossroads Middle School and runs his own hitting Academy, Competitive Baseball Academy. He lead his Crossroads Middle School Baseball team to victory winning the 2023 PCBL Champions and 2024 PCBL League Champions.

COACH MICHAEL M. DYER

Jonathan played college baseball at Chapman University, where in 2019 helped lead the team to a National Championship posting a 10-0 record with an era of 2.87 in over 100 innings. After graduating, he began his coaching career at St. Monica Prep with the Varsity Baseball team. Jonathan has been there for the last 3 seasons as the Pitching Coach and most recently the Interim Head Coach for the 2023-2024 season. Jonathan has been with Top Level since the 2023 summer, working with the High School and Middle School teams.

COACH JONATHAN HERNANDEZ

Joey is in his first season as assistant coach with Cal State University Dominguez Hills in 2024. He works with all hitters, coaches first base, and specifically works with the Outfielders. He spent summer 2023 as an assistant coach with the Bismarck Larks in the Northwoods League. Highlight was throwing to switch hitting OF Jack Herring (Rollins College) in the Home Run Derby on ESPN Plus. In 2022-2023, Joey was an assistant coach for the Arizona Western College Matadors. He worked hands-on with position players, primarily in the outfield. In 2022, Joey was an assistant coach for the Waterloo Bucks, also in the Northwoods League, coaching third base, mowing the field, concourses, and conducting scouting reports on opposing teams. Joey is currently getting his Master’s in Coaching from Concordia University Irvine. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2017 with his BA in psychology and a minor in sport management. 

COACH JOEY ROSENBLUM

Jeremy recently completed playing 5 years of Division 1 baseball at Pepperdine University as a right-handed pitcher. As a student of the game, Jeremy has learned from some of the best coaches around the country, developing a vast knowledge of pitching and player development. He is constantly seeking opportunities to share his knowledge and experience to help players unlock their potential.

COACH JEREMY FARRAYE

Ben is a Pitching Coach specializing in biomechanics and human movement. He emphasizes throwing accurately with high velocity and longevity. Ben trained and studied under elite pitching Coaches such as David Evans, Ron Wolforth, and Trevor Bauer. He recently headed the Summer 24' middle school Velo-Lab and is currently Crossroads High School Varsity Pitching Coach. Ben has studied pitching and throwing for over 20 years and played college baseball in the Division 1 NJCAA Region XIV in South Texas. Ben has a deep knowledge of throwing and pitching and has developed many college and professional pitchers. He is confident in his coaching that he can help develop prolific throwers and pitchers.
